Frustrated by the lack of free and useful resources for medical school loan repayment, Nik Marino (MD, MBA) created this tool during medical school. In 2023, Jeff Bettag (medical student) partnered with Nik to create this website and to make this tool widely available for both current and future physicians to understand loan repayment.

We are committed to keeping this resource free. Significant time and investment went into creating this tool. Please consider supporting us to keep this website running.
